i) Be aware of client requirements, manpower types and category, level of knowledge, expected performance etc.

ii) Review daily deployment schedules in Kronos as well as roster shared by scheduler/planner & inform employees for their duty schedule on daily basic. Prepare a daily checklist of duty roster & acknowledge at time of deployment.

iii) Daily Manpower Deployment as per duty roster & Handle contingencies and arrange immediate replacements against no-shows.

iv) Prepare daily time sheets or time cards based on duty roster or operation team instructions client wise & handed over to respective ops supervisor for further customer acknowledgment.

v) Update exceptions in the KRONOS system to ensure accurate timekeeping records.

vi) Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to prepare and send the Master Sheet after job completion or at the end of each month.

vii) Share daily utilization reports with Operation manages/KAM post deployment.

viii) Prepare and send replacement reports for medical and absent employees to the respective Ops/Key Account Manager (KAM).

ix) Collaborate with HR, operations teams, and client representatives to address any timekeeping-related queries or concerns.

x) Communicate effectively with employees regarding timekeeping policies, procedures, and any updates or changes.

xi) Coordination with foremen/Team leaders and supervisors to manpower deployments. Arrange Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees according to job requirements based on ops request.

xii) Keep records of all employee issues and coordinate with Welfare & HR for counseling or issuance of disciplinary letters

xiii) Receive leave requests, resignations, and general requests from employees and share them with the respective team

xiv) Ensure that staff adheres to the code of conduct and meet the minimum grooming and hygiene standards.

xv) Conduct checks on staff performance; ensure that all PPE are used in the correct manner and take action against staff who do not comply by shareing information to respective LM

xvi) Distribute JAFZA Passes and TIC cards & any other based on Line manager instruction & Business requirment

xvii) Arrange counseling sessions for employees with the Welfare, Operations, or QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) teams.

xviii) Coordinate employee participation in Visa Medical and EID Biometric processes. Arrange employees for Occupational Health Center (OHC) Medical and any other training courses & client interviews.

xix) Update the KRONOS system with complete details after verifying received timesheets, including overtime, absences, and unpaid hours.

xvi) Address employee queries and direct them to the respective teams. Share required documents with clients as and when required.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
