**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Receive, distribute, and always maintain adequate quantities of inventory.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of all materials, tools, and equipment.
- Inform the Procurement Department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from suppliers.
- Review physical inventories periodically and update the inventory data in the ERP System.
- Maintain and update stock and consumption records.
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
- Keeps and updates ERP records of good received and issued.
- Responsible to ensure getting the appropriate approval for issuing materials, tools, or equipment.
- Responsible of coordination with Projects Managers on day-to-day basis to fulfil the projects inventories requirement on time.
- Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report.
- Lead and head the Disposal Committee for the disposal of expired and waste stock according as per Management approval procedures.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Promote inventory related awareness programs to his subordinates.
- Responsible for the Security of the Store and should make the required safety arrangements to prevent accidents in the stores such as fire, stealing or losing stored materials and items.
- Responsible to maintain the stores clean, well-organized, mapped and all inventory are easily accessible upon request.

**ERP System**:

- Playing a vital role and contributing to the Implementation and enhancement of any new ERP System required in the company until getting the system live and well-functioning.
- Stores ERP Module transaction processing & control.

**Job Specifications: Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration. Electrical Engineering Degree is an advantage.
- Excellent ERP Skills. Should have worked on Stores Modules in his previous company.
- Excellent Skills in MS Office such especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communications skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
