**Location**: Dubai/Sharjah

**Employment Type**: Part-time

**Reports To**: Office HR Team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Build Relationships: Network with local communities and organizations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Maintain recruitment records and update the Office HR Team.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach.
