We are looking for a receptionist to serve our Mobile & Home Services Salon's customers as the first point of contact and manage all aspects of their booking. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the salon/spa industry, we’d like to meet you.

Answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.

Processing bookings and cancellations and managing appointment schedules.

Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and service preferences).

Maintain updated client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.

Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.

Provide information about the saloon’s services, rates, and amenities.

Cross-sell services and products when appropriate.

Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.

Informing salon staffs about customer appointments and requirements.

Manage and order deliveries, business cards, brochures, salon supplies and stationery as needed.

Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

Liaise with fellow saloon staff to ensure workspace and reception area are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.

Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and short notice attendees.

Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions.

**Skills**

Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar customer facing role.

Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems.

Experience with salon reservations software like Fresha (preferred).

Familiarity with processing transactions.

Solid organization and record-keeping skills.

An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.

High School diploma.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
