Our client is a major group of companies. They are currently looking for a General Manager Automotive Parts. The position will be based in the sultanate of Oman. The responsibilities include:

- Carry out administration support to parts manager and responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering new parts.
- Coordinate with sales and service dept. to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that quotations are supplied to customers within the timeline.
- Generate various statement and pending order statement on monthly basis as directed.
- Review stocks level, maintain effective inventory control, and source new items.
- Types general correspondence, inquiries to suppliers and prepare quotations as directed, for signature by parts manager.
- Implement safe and friendly environment practices in each work area.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Senior Management

**Qualifications & Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree with Spare Parts Knowledge
- Experience Minimum 10 years of experience of automotive Spare parts manager
- Well versed with automated parts management systems

The salary will be in line with current market trends and in addition, fully furnished & expensed family accommodation, fully expensed car, air tickets for self and family, medical for self and family and other benefits as per corporate policy and local law will be provided.
