**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Translate legal documents, contracts, agreements, court filings, and other materials from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Interpret conversations, meetings, and legal proceedings for Arabic-speaking clients and attorneys
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in translation of legal terminology and concepts
- Review and proofread translated documents to verify accuracy and clarity
- Assist attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials by providing interpretation services
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure timely completion of translation projects
- Research legal terminology and stay current on changes in laws and regulations in both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking jurisdictions

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required, any other languages will be an advance.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a legal translator, preferably in a law firm or legal setting
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and concepts in both Arabic and English
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations
