The Administrative Assistant at Jovera Group plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This position requires a versatile individual who can efficiently handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with multiple teams and departments to support their administrative needs and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate repair order and claims processing with multiple Companies
- Act as liaison between branch locations and suppliers
- Assist with preparation for quotations & audits.
- Provide the Accounting Department with all appropriate documents required to process credits and payments.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum experience 1 year in the banking field in the UAE

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
