Accountant & Storekeeper

We are a company specialized in interior fit out work looking to hire a store keeper who is responsible for performing following duties:

- Assisting senior accountant.
- Accounting data entry
- Record all inward and outward transaction related to stock items.
- Receive materials from supplier and compare it to delivery note
- Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
- Check and Verify actual quantity with delivery notes.
- Responsible for stock control
- Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
- Take physical balance of the inventory periodically
- Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued & received
- Update the daily inventory in the system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Tally software
