Receiving, Preservation, Safe Custody at designated storage area and issuance of material correctly as per duly management approved schedule documents.

Identification & traceability of material through Documentation vis a vis capturing all relevant actual details of material transaction in Data storage system.

Arrange Quality Inspection of incoming project related material in close coordination with QC within one working day.

Adhere to system driven operation to ensure optimum results are achieved.

Ensure all purchased material IGIR are posted on the same day or next day from date of receipt. Check related certificates and other relevant documents are received along with material for on time quality inspection with delay. Labeling, Identification & Traceability of material interfacing with Project number. See that material related to one project are consolidated and should be known where exactly it has been located in Warehouse. Open Yard lay out management aligned to ensure material delivered are properly stacked & stored displaying the Project number for easy access & checking and counting.

Ensure demand of material from internal customers are well understood and taking prompt action to satisfy the demand in close coordination with Procurement. Stock aging analysis has to be conducted periodically to comb out non-productive stock sitting idly on warehouse shelf. Material accountability and stock movement with correct documentation.

Responsible for Warehouse cycle count as per schedule and ensure physical stock matches with System stock. Root cause analysis (RCA) for variance found during WCC and explanation as to why there is variance.

Ensure all transaction related documents are posted in Data Storage system on time without delay on correct jobs without mistake.

Engage in coordinated manner within department & inter department stake holders - Procurement Project Team, Production & Logistics to ensure deadlines for deliveries are met for Off-Shore & On-shore projects. Should have customer driven operational knack for complaint free operation.

Face audit from accounts and central store whenever required.
