Product Manager

Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth. Making data-driven decisions to optimize product sales performance.
- Preparation of business plan, inventory forecasting, and annual targets for the team. Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis.
- Managing product portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Responsible for planning and monitoring marketing strategies to meet business objectives by defining the marketing and PR strategies for the product.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, data analysis, market mapping, and product positioning.
- Analysing and planning the stocks to the level where the ageing component remains mínimal.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors for pricing, positioning, business development and negotiating favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Identifies and manages new and existing product partnerships.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. MBA and Certification in Product Management is an advantage.
- Experience of handling print division.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or a related field.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
