**Job Summary**:The Social Media Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media marketing plans for the organization. This role involves creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the brand's presence is optimized across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic to the organization's website.
Identify key social media channels for the target audience and industry.

**Content Creation**:Create compelling and shareable content, including text, image, and video content, for various social media platforms.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

**Community Management**:Manage and moderate social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster relationships with followers and influencers within the industry.

**Social Media Advertising**:Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Recommend and implement new strategies and tools to enhance social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
