We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with experience in the **Interior Fit-out/ Joinery industry.**

The Sales Executives will be in charge of locating and offering Office furniture & Interior Fit out to both current and potential customers. In addition as a key account manager establish long-term connections with significant clients and partners. The crucial goal of this position is to achieve and surpass predetermined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities;
- To plan and implement aggressive leads sales targets, and marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.
- Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required with the highest level quality of services & products.
- Establishing market penetration in Commercial businesses in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are addressed and develop ways to improve their experience for Interior Fit out / Joinery.
- Setting up market penetration for commercial interiors in the UAE and the larger GCC (if necessary), creating prospects through contacts, networking, and alliances.
- Track and win significant Interior Fit out/Joinery projects, responding efficiently to tenders.
- Achieve annual sales under the agreement.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
- **Experience : 3-5 years in UAE**:

- **Able to read AutoCAD, SketchUp**:

- **Preferably with Interior Fit-out & wooden Office furniture**:

- **Language : Arabic & English**:

- **Salary : AED 7,000 - 12, 000 + Commission**

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
