As a Surface Pressure Control Commercial Manager, you will be doing direct commercial and channel management, execute sales plan in the region. You will also define commercial strategy for targeted clients.

As Surface Pressure Control Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing proposals; may be negotiating with customers; ensuring deals deliver shareholder value; driving competitive pricing. May be including compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customizations within guidelines can be done.
- Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Leading a department with large, estimated orders.
- Handling local focus on medium size territory

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within the Oil and Gas industry
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Proposals.
- Have strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams and to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
