- Maintain the consistency of stock quantity and stock quality in warehouse matching the ones in system
- Update stock in, stock transfer and stock out timely and accurately
- Train warehouse staff to ensure the operation standards meet the standards
- Ensure warehouse work under safe condition and carry out rain, fire, theft and moisture prevention inspections regularly
- Report the quantity and conditions of damaged stock timely to both managing team an domestic factories
- Inspect tools, equipments, consumables or spare part required monthly to managing the team
- Warehouse prepare the goods for the next day delivery that have been arranged as of 6 p.m in system.
- For products delivered by Cargo from the warehouse, each piece must be unpacked, inspected, and marked: Checked
- Message or call next day's delivery customer one day in advance to confirm the delivery 11 Communicate effectively with the sales team in a timely manner. If certain requirement cannot be fulfilled, need to inform the manager team in advance for coordination.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate in International City before starting work (required)
- Philippine preferred
