**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for stock control, inventory control, operations management, forklift operation, and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager will also monitor warehouse activities and ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory control systems.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies**.**

**Team Leadership**:

- Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff.
- Setting performance standards and goals for the team.
- Motivating and managing a diverse workforce.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Planning and organizing warehouse operations to ensure optimal workflow.
- Implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitoring and optimizing space utilization within the warehouse.

**Technology Integration**:

- Implementing and managing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Utilizing technology to track inventory, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

**Customer Service**:

- Collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands and expectations.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries related to warehouse operations.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Analyzing performance metrics and KPIs to enhance overall efficiency.

**Communication**:

- Communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Providing regular reports and updates to higher management.

**Adaptability**:

- Adapting to changes in the industry, technology, and company policies.
- Anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure smooth operations.

**Quality Control**:

- Implementing and monitoring quality control processes for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Addressing and resolving quality issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- WMS is a plus

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
