**Summary**:
As an **Influencer Marketing Executive**, you will be primarily supporting with assisting our marketing team with all administration and exeution related to influencer marketing. You will also work closely on influencer marketing campaigns while gaining hands on experience in this dynamic and creative team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Influencer/PR team, such as organizing & updating influencer-related data and files.
- Research and Identify Influencers: Assist in researching and identifying influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to influencers and manage communication to establish partnerships. Coordinate and schedule collaborations, campaigns, and content.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with press, influencers, retailers and PR agencies.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to create content strategies, and ensure the content aligns with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Campaign Coordination: Aid in the coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, including scheduling or sending out products, and tracking campaign deliverables.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor content on various media and social media platforms and engage with influencer communities.
- Market Research: Help research on industry trends and competitor influencer marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Assist in organising PR events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of PR/ Influencer marketing experience (preferably beauty and/or luxury experience)
- Bachelors degree in marketing preferable
- Fluent in English, Arabic a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Influencer trends & the beauty space
- Ability to work in dynamic & fast paced environments
- Exceptional relationship-builder both internally and externally
- Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask various projects
- Excellent analytical skills & high interest to learn about new analytics trends
- Resilience, creativity & high level of agility
- Excellent team player
