As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to identify and sell commercial interiors and design solutions to new prospects, as well as establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and clients. The primary objective of the role is to meet and exceed predetermined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- To generate leads and sales opportunities in accordance with the company's business and growth plans and its sales targets, as well as having open communication with clients, ensuring that all client requests and inquiries are addressed with the inhouse support teams.
- Establishing a market presence in the Abu Dhabi region and generating opportunities through contacts, networking, and affiliations.
- Ensure that all client requirements are met throughout the design and execution processes, as well as negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
- UAE driving license is necessary.
