**Job Description: Sales and Member Support Executive**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales and Member Support Executive to join our team. The Sales and Member Support Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers.
This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development: o Identify potential members and prospects through market research and lead generation activities. o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services. o Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business. o Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. o Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to expand the client base and market share.
2. Customer Support and Relationship Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, and providing prompt and accurate solutions to their concerns. o Handle member escalations with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. o Anticipate member needs and proactively offer support and guidance to enhance their overall experience. o Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with members to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Invite members to attend club-exclusive events, partner-supported events, business delegations and get RSVPs o Assist in planning and organizing events
3. Product Knowledge and Expertise: o Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services, features, and competitive advantages. o Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to effectively address client queries and position our offerings.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide valuable client feedback, identify customer needs, and contribute to product enhancements. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and client onboarding experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and client support, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity in sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions.
- Events Organizing Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
