_**Flooring & Window Sales Manager - Wholesale, UAQ**_

We are searching for a high-performing Flooring and Window Sales Manager to be based in UAQ, to lead a sales team of 12 in wholesale sales throughout the UAE. The sales manager should help us meet our sales and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive in sales, receivables, procurement and general team organization. The sales manager will be responsible for maximizing the above and report to the wholesale manager and Directors.
- Flooring and Window Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: _
- Sales growth and achieving sales targets (short and long term) by successfully managing the wholesale flooring sales team. Maintain, build and promote long-lasting customer relationships. Currently the flooring and window wholesale sales are mainly B2B comprising primarily of retail stores and secondarily of interior designers and contractors. The intention in the future is to increase the sales to home centers and B2C.
- Receivables (payments) competence/effectiveness and by successfully managing both the flooring and window wholesale sales team and client organizations to ensure receivable targets are met for a healthy cash flow.
- Procurement responsibility for procuring and managing flooring stock items, liaising with international manufacturers and regional sales representatives.
- Management of the flooring and window wholesale team and admin team.
- Market awareness by identifying wholesale flooring and window emerging markets, market shifts whilst being fully aware of competition status and new products. Recommend and implement product or service enhancements to improve sales.
- Flooring and Window Sales Manager Requirements: _
- BS/MS university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a flooring and window sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding sales and collection targets.
- Proven ability to manage, communicate and lead at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense, and ideally flooring industry experience.
- High level of organization in team management, sales, receivables, procuring and excellent people skills and people management.
- Presentation skills and client pitching and sales lead generation.
- Recruiting staff for sales and admin teams when required.
- Establishing client networks, maintain professional and technical knowledge of the products sold.
- Manage, develop and motivate sales team to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and monthly/annual sales targets are met.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales/receivables program accordingly.
- Provide on the ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close deals.
- Report management of market sales, receivables, and other financial reporting (with the assistance of the accounts team).
- UAE driving license, mandatory.
- Use of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and high computer literacy, mandatory.
