**Job Overview***:
We are seeking ambitious and talented fresh graduates in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, and other engineering disciplines (excluding IT)** to join our one-year structured graduate program. This immersive initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience in **real estate development, project execution, and construction management**.

As a **Graduate Trainee**, you will work alongside seasoned professionals, gain real-world exposure to live projects, and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the **construction and real estate industry**. The program is **80-90% practical**, with structured training, mentorship, and professional development activities making up the rest.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Shadow **Senior Project Managers** to understand project lifecycles and execution.
- Assist in **project planning, budgeting, and contract administration**.
- Support in **turnkey project delivery** for resorts, buildings, and residential developments.
- Participate in **on-site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance**.
- Collaborate with **architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and construction specialists**.
- Engage in **rotational assignments** within different project teams for diversified learning.
- Attend **structured technical and leadership training workshops**.
- Develop **problem-solving and negotiation skills** in a real-world setting.
- Gain hands-on experience in **risk management and contingency planning**.
- Ensure compliance with **legal requirements, safety codes, and environmental policies**.
- Contribute to **project documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication**.
