1. Technical EngineeringKnowledge

  • Understandingof Mechanics : Ability to apply principles ofmechanics (statics, dynamics, strength ofmaterials).
  • Thermodynamics :Knowledge of energy systems, heat transfer, and fluiddynamics.
  • MaterialScience : Understanding the properties of materialsused in engineering, such as metals, polymers, andcomposites.

2.Computer-Aided Design(CAD)

  • Proficiency inCAD software like AutoCAD ,SolidWorks , orCATIA to design mechanical components,assemblies, and systems.
  • Ability to create,modify, and analyze 2D and 3D models for manufacturing ortesting.

3. FiniteElement Analysis(FEA)

  • Ability to useFEA tools (e.g., ANSYS ,Abaqus ) to simulate and analyzestresses, strains, and thermal distributions incomponents.

4.Problem-Solving and AnalyticalSkills

  • Applyingengineering principles to troubleshoot, analyze problems, and findsolutions for mechanical systems.
  • Ability toconduct root-cause analysis and optimize designs orsystems.

5. Mathematicsand Physics

  • Strongknowledge of advanced mathematics (calculus, differentialequations) and physics, especially mechanics and fluiddynamics.
  • Using these principles to modelmechanical systems and analyze real-world engineeringproblems.

6. ProjectManagement

  • Basicunderstanding of project management processes, including budgeting,timelines, resource allocation, and riskmanagement.
