**Role Description**

**As a Debt Collector for Retail Banking, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to discuss and collect payments according to agreed terms. Your task includes negotiating and implementing payment arrangements and managing relationships between our clients and their customers. You will be based on-site at Sharjah and will be working full-time.**

**Qualifications**

**Degree certificate in any field required by law; Degree in business, finance, numerical, or related field is preferred.**

**2+ years of experience in collections roles.**

**Knowledge of relevant regulations such as the Consumer Protection Regulations.**

**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.**

**Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook**

**Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations.**

**Fluency in English. Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam, are a plus.**

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (required)
