**ROLE: CIT - OPERATION MANAGER**

Fursan Security Services is currently looking for an experienced Operation Manager for our Cash Services Division.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To develop and implement operational strategies in accordance with the company policy, rules, and regulations of relevant authorities, strengthening organizational competency as a reputable source of solutions and cash experts.
- Provide first-line supervision to Cash-In-Transit team members.
- Serve as entry-level management of all expenses related to operations including staff expenses (overtime), vehicle expenses (fuels and repairs), infrastructure costs (repair and maintenance), stationery usage (security containers, printing, etc.), and equipment (maintenance and usage)
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is given utmost priority and measures are implemented and adequately trained resources are deployed to maintain high service standards in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Directly manage operational staff through the use of supervisors. Set clear measurable objectives and measure performance regularly.
- Identify and implement working practices to improve the efficiency and productivity of all operational staff.
- Develop and produce appropriate performance reports and analysis of trends
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the different functional units by maintaining a harmonious relationship between the department managers and the workforce.
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for all staff.
- Review existing capability and implement training and development plans for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with labors and local authorities
- Maintain an appropriate resource pool to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to customers.
- Managing operational risks and associated challenges including loss prevention strategies.
- Perform all checks in line with Quality, MSP, and SOPs.
- Ensure full compliance with all security procedures within the center/branch.
- Ensure update, review, and implementation of the Cash management policies and procedures.
- Ensure full procedural and Health and Safety compliance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree or Diploma in a field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years industry relevant experience in the Cash Management Industry
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of route analysis and logistics.
- Knowledge of lean/process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of budgeting and planning experience
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Senior-level operational management experience and track record in customer-facing multi-site operations, ideally in a global/multinational environment.
