**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Research**: Conduct legal research on various topics, statutes, and regulations to support the Legal Department’s activities and decision-making processes.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.
- **Case Management**: Maintain case files, documentation, and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in compliance with legal standards and requirements.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- **Communication**: Liaise with internal departments, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination of legal matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, or related field.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
