**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
The F&B Coordinator at The First Group will play a role in supporting the Food & Beverage (F&B) department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of F&B operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate F&B schedules, including staff rosters, event bookings, and meetings.
- Maintain inventory records, manage orders, and ensure timely restocking.
- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Serve as a liaison between the kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth operations.
- Manage vendor relations, including orders and deliveries.
- Assist in organizing events, banquets, and catering services.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and assist in resolving issues.
- Support front-of-house during peak times and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff and coordinate ongoing training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and assist in conducting audits.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of F&B operations and procedures, with a focus on customer service and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- UAE national with Family Book.
