**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paratha Maker to join our talented kitchen team. You will be responsible for the high-volume production of delicious and authentic parathas for our clients' events. This role requires a mastery of paratha making techniques, the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and the stamina to meet our demanding production quotas.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare paratha dough using high-quality flour, oil, water, and other ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Knead and roll out dough to achieve the desired consistency and shape with exceptional speed and precision
- Cook parathas on a tawa or griddle, ensuring even browning and perfect texture in a high-pressure environment
- Prepare various paratha fillings (optional, depending on menu)
- Maintain a clean and organized work station while adhering to strict hygiene protocols
- Assist other kitchen staff as needed

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing parathas in a high-volume professional kitchen setting
- Proven ability to consistently produce at least 1000+ high-quality parathas per day
- Mastery of different paratha varieties and techniques, including various stuffing options
- Ability to work independently and follow recipes precisely while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Excellent knife skills, exceptional hand-eye coordination, and the stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic, unwavering commitment to quality, and a dedication to exceeding production goals
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment according to health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for continuous improvement

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
