**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
- correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Excellent communication with clients and provide general support to clients.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Generate different operational reports
- daily, weekly and monthly.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2-3+ years of experience working in Oil & Gas field with office administration.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
