Job Description:
Position: Junior Architect
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Location: UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into architectural plans to promote energy efficiency and environmental conservation.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather relevant information for design development.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals to communicate ideas effectively to clients and project teams.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integration of architectural designs with engineering systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in architectural design.
- Assist in the preparation of specifications, material selections, and cost estimates for architectural elements and finishes.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions to provide architectural insights and solutions.
- Assist in the mentoring and training of junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including drawings, correspondence, and approvals.
- Collaborate with construction teams during the construction phase to address design issues and ensure quality and adherence to design intent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to translate concepts into architectural solutions.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas visually and verbally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines effectively.
