**Junior BIM Modeler (Architectural)**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Modelling**: Create detailed architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- **Model Development**: Develop 3D models of buildings, structures, and architectural elements, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and other components.
- **Parametric Families**: Create and modify parametric families and components to accurately represent architectural elements and details within the BIM environment.
- **Model Coordination**: Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure coordination and integration of architectural models with other disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP).
- **Clash Detection**: Assist in clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve conflicts between architectural elements and other building systems.
- **Detailing**: Develop detailed drawings and documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules, to communicate design intent and construction requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform regular quality checks and reviews of architectural models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and specifications.
- **Learning and Development**: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in BIM modelling and architectural design through continuous learning and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling, preferably in a professional architectural firm or consultancy.
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD, with a strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality architectural models and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to architectural BIM modelling.
