As a Real Estate Marketing Manager at Al Ruwad Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our properties, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation. Your creative flair and analytical mindset will be instrumental in crafting compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you will ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, ultimately contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Al Ruwad Real Estate's properties and services.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Plan and execute events and open houses to showcase properties.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly within the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with clients.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market.
