In this crucial role, you'll not only bridge the gap between business and technology, but also orchestrate the deployment of multiple interdependent systems that power our smooth business banking onboarding experience. **Bridge the gap between business and technology**: Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
**Support iterative development cycles**: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.
**Contribute to solution design and development**: Assist with defining system architecture, user interfaces, and data flows. Review and provide feedback on technical specifications and documentation.
**Mastermind deployment orchestrations**: Map system dependencies and develop comprehensive deployment plans for multiple interconnected systems within the onboarding ecosystem.
**Coordinate across teams** along with support team**: Bridge the gap between developers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deployment plans.
**Navigate risk and dependencies**: Analyze potential hurdles and proactively mitigate risks associated with complex system interactions during deployment.
**Champion communication and transparency**: Keep stakeholders informed of deployment progress, address concerns, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the process.
**Automate and optimize**: Identify opportunities for automation within deployment processes, continuously seeking to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
**Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies**: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest business banking regulations, technologies, and best practices in onboarding. Share your knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an Agile environment.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system deployments or related projects.
Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and orchestrate multi-system rollouts.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management tools.
