Now, we are expanding our team and seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join us in our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure successful project implementation.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales in Event Management/ Exhibitions
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and create strategic plans.
Familiarity with the Dubai market and understanding of local business practices.
Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
