**Key Responsibilities**
- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers, addressing queries and providing support with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about products/services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately; escalate cases to higher management if needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the system, and report recurring issues to supervisors.
- **Meet Performance Goals**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
- **Follow Company Policies**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards while handling calls.
