Dynamics 365 F&o Functional Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with business departments to gather and analyze their financial, supply chain, and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular workshops and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement using D365 F&O.
- Design and Configure D365 F&O solutions that align with business requirements, focusing on modules such as General Ledger, AR, AP, Sales, Inventory, Material Planning, and Procurement - including workflow design, system configuration & parametrization, custom reports and dashboards.
- Design functional specifications documents for customizations and integrations.
- Work on Business process improvements by analyzing existing business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations using D365 F&O. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve business outcomes.
- Responsible for the implementation/deployment process, including data migration, system integration, and deployment of the D365 F&O solution.
- Build small Solutions on Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI) integrated with D365 F&O and SharePoint.
- Build and deploy Power BI Reports and Dashboards into D365 F&O Workspace.
- Develop and execute test plans (test scripts) to validate that the D365 F&O solution meets all functional and performance requirements. Also, ensure that the solution is thoroughly tested before going live.
- Create training materials/documentation/user-manuals and conduct training sessions to educate users on how to effectively use D365 F&O. Also, provide support to end-users, addressing any inquiry, and issues.
- Responsible for identification and resolution of all issues or defects discovered during the testing phase.
- Responsible for the documentation of all requirements, configurations, customizations, processes, and user-manuals related to the D365 F&O implementation.
- Generate and maintain digital adoption reports that provide insights into financial performance, operational efficiency, and system usage.
- Communicate effectively with all business users/ IT seniors, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with departments to discuss the projects/tasks progress and elaborate on ways to improve their processes.
- Perform D365 F&O administrative tasks and set up for users, security, batches, Data Management (import & export data).
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
**Experience & Education**:
- University Degree in MIS or Computer science.
- Proven experience for 5 years
- as a Functional Consultant in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on financial and supply chain modules.
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain Management, MRP, Inventory, and Procurement.
- knowledge of financial processes, supply chain management, and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications is needed.
- Being experienced in BPM/RSAT, Power BI, Power BI modeling, and Azure Data Lake Synapsis and Analytics.
- Familiar with Power Platform and power automate is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using presentations and diagrams.
- Experience managing or contributing to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
