**The Role**:
The Middle East and Africa (MEA) Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager will drive the IBP change/transformation within the MEA organization through strong stakeholder management, influencing skills as well as a good understanding of the current complexity of the commercial and Supply chain operations to drive key process integrated improvements. The role will lead this integration from Demand to Supply with an end-to-end Business approach and will ensure business continuity while leading the implementation of the IBP process in the region. The role will report directly to Senior Global IBP Manager based out of Clichy, France.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Transformation / Change management (key)**
- Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of the IBP Process within the MEA region following the new IBP business structure and content guidelines, especially the launch and lead of the MEA IBP Review.
- Organization of the region is complex and the maturity of S&OP/ IBP is low, therefore, process matrix design will be different than other regions and the person will spend a lot of time on bringing IBP awareness, training, and education of the leadership & key stakeholders in the region.

**2. **Secure business continuity of the current SOP process**
- Ensure quality of the Demand and Supply Reviews meeting, all stakeholders respect monthly calendar/ cycles, co-ordinate with supply and demand teams clear output to drive appropriate decisions. (one-pager output)
- Prepare all data, metrics, and scenarios to be discussed during the Pre-S&OP with clear alignment on key messages, critical issues, and decisions to take with the main stakeholders.
- Ensure data and content generated by functional stakeholders are suitable for the IBP process. Initiates & propose improvement actions if necessary for the next cycle
- Drive close follow-up of the actions and decisions made at the end of each cycle

**3. **Continuous improvement**
- Take the lead to drive improvement in the current Supply and Demand Planning operations and processes in MEA for a better IBP integration and performance, to create harmony and balance between supply chain, commercial, etc. to be more customer/service-centric and increase service levels.

**4. **Process ownership**
- Be the IBP process owner within the MEA region including owning the onboarding and the process adherence/ maturity of the different reviews
- Coordinate resolution of new data quality and integrity impacting the process output with main stakeholders. Understanding root causes, and implementing resolutions for the long term.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master is a plus) in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain/S&OP/ planning/ inventory/etc.
- Strong skills in IT systems, advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Knowledge of Power BI (JDE/ JDA/ BY experience ), Power Query, Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication at every level of the organization
- Project-oriented, autonomous, and has an appetite for learning
- Experience in promoting new ideas or implementing new processes/ tools to large audiences
- Ability to effectively influence with diplomacy and tact
- Ability to explore new possibilities, challenge the status quo, share own and others new ideas
