AssociateLevel PositionResponsibilities:

  • Leads preparation, development, andcoordination of simple to moderately complex integrated plans andschedules to meet program and/or projectrequirements.
  • Leads, help facilitate, andsupports the integration of project/program plans and schedules,horizontally and vertically, across company functions, productgroups, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identifies,analyzes, and reports performancevariances.
  • Supports proposed changes to thebaseline.

Mid-Level PositionResponsibilities:

  • Preparation, development, andcoordination of moderate to very complex integrated plans andschedules to meet program and/or projectrequirements.
  • Directs, facilitates, and ensuresintegration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontallyand vertically, across company functions, product groups,suppliers, and partners.
  • Identifies, analyzes,and reports performance variances.
  • Leads thereview of proposed schedule changes to thebaseline.
  • Provides training, coaching,mentoring, and leadership to lower-levelemployees.

This position isexpected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be requiredto work onsite at one of the listed locationoptions.

Thisposition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearancefor which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interimand/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start isrequired.

BasicQualifications (RequiredSkills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree orhigher
  • Experience in a finance, scheduling,industrial engineering, change management, strategy, programmanagement, or project managementrole
  • Experience analyzing data and makingdata-driven decisions
  • Experience working withMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

  • Experience with MicrosoftProject
  • 3+ years’ experience inapplying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology andanalysis.
  • 3+ years’ experience usingMicrosoft Project
  • 3+ years’experience using Milestone Professional
  • 3 ormore years' related work experience or an equivalentcombination of education and experience

Typical Education&Experience:

Associate(Level 2):

Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 3 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1years' related work experience , 7 years' relatedwork experience,etc.).

Mid-Level (Level3):

Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 6 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4years' related work experience, 10 years' relatedwork experience,etc.).

Relocation:

Relocationassistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their ownexpense.
