Nous recherchons un courtier immobilier senior francophone très motivé et dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe. Idéalement, vous aurez de solides antécédents de réussite dans la conquête de nouvelles affaires et aurez une expérience antérieure sur le marché immobilier secondaire et sur plan. Ce rôle offre une progression de carrière et une chance d'exceller au sommet du secteur immobilier.

Aperçu du poste : En tant qu'agent immobilier principal chez First Edition Realty, vous jouerez un rôle central en facilitant les transactions immobilières et en fournissant un service client exceptionnel à nos clients.

Il s'agit d'un poste basé sur des commissions.

Principales responsabilités:
Gestion de la relation client : Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients francophones, en comprenant leurs besoins et préférences uniques pour fournir des solutions immobilières sur mesure.
Évaluation de la propriété : évaluez la valeur des propriétés et les conditions du marché pour conseiller les clients sur le prix, la commercialisation et la vente de leurs propriétés.
Acquisition de propriété : identifiez et montrez les propriétés aux acheteurs potentiels, en négociant en leur nom pour obtenir les meilleures conditions possibles.
Étude de marché : pour être informé du marché immobilier local, des tendances et des développements afin de fournir aux clients des informations précises et à jour.
Marketing et promotion : utilisez divers outils et plateformes de marketing pour promouvoir les propriétés et attirer des acheteurs ou des vendeurs potentiels.
Négociation : Négocier des contrats et des accords entre acheteurs et vendeurs pour assurer une transaction réussie.
Documentation : Préparer et conserver des dossiers, des contrats et des documents juridiques précis liés aux transactions immobilières
Exigences:
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec de solides compétences en communication.
Une expérience avérée en tant qu'agent immobilier sur le marché de Dubaï est préférable.
La certification RERA est un plus.
Excellentes compétences en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
Connaissance des lois et réglementations immobilières de Dubaï.
Forte orientation vers le service client.
Motivé et axé sur les objectifs.
Un permis de conduire valide des Émirats arabes unis et l'accès à un véhicule sont un avantage.
