Job Description:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of PCs.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewall appliances.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
- Stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the IT sector.
- Provide basic support for IP phone systems.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets. Address guest’s service needs.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and technical functions.
- Monitor, operate, coordinate, assist and train others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve the desired result.
- Provide end-user support. Manage user accounts, including set up, removal, and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
- Responsible to adhere with all information security policies
- Maintain inventory of all devices.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- This position will also require on-call response to incidents as necessary.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- Listen to customer concerns, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, etc
- IT related Certifications & Trainings.
- Strong communication skills
