**About the Role**:
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Genius to join our core team and spearhead our marketing efforts. Based in Dubai, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business and expanding our presence in the UAE and beyond. If you're entrepreneurial, driven, and ready to embark on an exhilarating journey with us, this role is for you.

**Snapshot of the Role**:
Location : The sunny shores of Dubai

Nationality : Any

Start date : Somewhere between "soon-ish" and "ASAP"

Language : Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

Education : University

Experience : Minimum three years of mischief-making in the marketing world

Contract : Six Six-month trial period, but we're hoping you'll stick around for the long haul

Compensation :Modest base salary with lucrative incentives

Reporting to : CEO / Founder

**Responsibilities**:
As our Marketing Genius, you'll collaborate with the founder to:

- Crafting our brand's story and spreading it far and wide
- Dreaming up wild marketing schemes that'll make heads turn
- Taking the lead in making us the talk of the town (in a good way)
- Coordinate the annual Marketing Plan and Budget

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop and roll out a full 360 marketing strategy across all channels, communicating with all key stakeholders to ensure the plan aligns with business goals;
- Establish the Homesmiths brand tone of voice, messaging standards and communication style in line with the Homesmiths brand rollout;
- Conduct in-depth market research on consumer trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge to develop and highlight Homesmiths USPs and value proposition;
- Determine the Homesmiths annual marketing budget and ensure it is distributed appropriately and within budget, delivering a strong ROI;
- Build a system of key metrics, KPIs and tracking tools to monitor the effectiveness and success of marketing strategy and campaigns to be able to optimise the department’s performance
- Identify and monetise marketing opportunities and collaborations with brands, distributors, partners, mall teams and other relevant parties using Homesmiths' customer base and assets
- Create a digital strategy for the Homesmiths online business on its proprietary website, as well as other e-commerce channels, to drive traffic, conversions, brand awareness and engagement
- Build up the Homesmiths' social media presence by establishing an enticing and appealing content calendar based on key business objectives, as well as using influencers to highlight brands, products and store locations
- Set marketing KPIs and targets in line with business goals - weekly, monthly, annually
- Plan ahead to create unique and imaginative campaigns for key seasons such as Christmas, Ramadan
- Manage and lead any third-party contractors, agencies, or freelancers to create content, run digital campaigns and provide other services in line with Homesmiths’ standards.
- Responsible for SEO/SEM management
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Creativity and thinking outside of the box
- Numbers and results-driven, showing a clear thought process and consideration
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
