Job Title: Product Manager for Online Gaming

**Job Description**:
As the Product Manager for our Online Gaming division, you will be responsible for guiding the success of our gaming products and leading the cross-functional teams responsible for improving it. This involves managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other departments to deliver winning games.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for our online gaming portfolio.

2. Work closely with various stakeholders including game designers, developers, artists, and marketing teams to implement product strategies.

3. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features, product strategies, and roadmaps.

4. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.

5. Define and deliver product specifications, working closely with UX/UI designers and developers.

6. Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

7. Measure and analyze product performance, user engagement and feedback, and other key business metrics to drive improvements.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective product promotion.

9. Lead the product launch activities and coordinate beta tests.

10. Manage and resolve any issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry.

3. Solid understanding of the online gaming market and game development processes.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.

5. Proficient in product lifecycle management.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical and project management skills.
