Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Gaming Project Manager with expertise in Web3 integration and a strong understanding of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) to lead our dynamic gaming projects. As a Gaming Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of gaming projects, ensuring seamless integration of Web3 technologies and delivering high-quality gaming experiences. Your passion for gaming, technical acumen, and project management skills will play a pivotal role in driving our innovative gaming initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, milestones, resources, and timelines in alignment with the Game Development Life Cycle.

Web3 Integration: Collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate Web3 technologies, including blockchain interactions and in-game tokenization, enhancing player engagement and monetization strategies.

Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA testers, to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and outcomes.

Game Development Life Cycle: Implement best practices and methodologies throughout the GDLC, from concept ideation to post-launch updates and improvements.

Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile principles to manage project sprints, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure games meet quality standards, are free of bugs, and offer exceptional user experiences.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project cycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Player-Centric Approach: Champion a player-centric approach to game development, ensuring games resonate with the target audience and provide meaningful experiences.

Post-Launch Analysis: Analyze post-launch data, player feedback, and user engagement to inform updates, enhancements, and future projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of the Game Development Life Cycle.

Expertise in integrating Web3 technologies into gaming projects, such as blockchain interactions, in-game economies, and NFT integration.

Familiarity with blockchain platforms, particularly Ethereum, and knowledge of smart contracts and token standards.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Technical background in game development, including familiarity with coding languages, game engines, and development processes.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Passion for gaming, emerging technologies, and player experiences.

Previous experience in managing multiplayer and online games is a plus.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
