Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Document and track support issues in the ticketing system, escalating issues as needed.
- Support IT team with daily tasks, including system backups, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Set up new workstations and ensure all required software and configurations are installed.
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets and peripherals.
- Ensure all IT policies and security protocols are followed.
