Job Title: Legal Associate

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and client matters.

3. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.

4. Assist in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of legal matters.

6. Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and other relevant documentation for court proceedings, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution methods.

7. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide insightful recommendations to clients and colleagues.

8. Conduct due diligence and assist in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

9. Support the legal team in managing corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records.

10. Maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and fostering client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable European, UK, or local university. LLM is a plus.

2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of corporate legal experience in the UAE, preferably in a reputable law firm or corporate environment.

3. Thorough knowledge of UAE corporate and commercial laws, regulations, and practices.

4. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is a must. Fluency in Arabic or any other language is an advantage.

5. Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide practical advice.

6. Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

7. Proficient in using legal research tools and technology.

8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

9. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
