**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Explore new markets and distribution channels for Arabian sweets, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the food industry or confectionery sector.
- Strong understanding of Arabian sweets and the cultural significance of the products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
