**Overview**

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

They should also have strong communication skills in English Language with letter writing capabilities

**Job Duties**
- Data Entry
- Data Verification
- Strong E-mail communication skills
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to our branch stores
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Follow up with branches, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilise excellent customer service skills
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

**Skills**
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of software, databases and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation

**Added Skillset for Internal Growth**
- Strong Negotiation skills
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong Management Skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
