We are currently seeking a talented and organized professional to join our team as Property Consultant. We are looking for motivated individuals who are up for a challenge in the fast-moving real estate industry.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Should have good knowledge of residential and commercial Leasing.
- Ability to source properties through various means and networks.
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning abilities
- Excellent negotiation skills with strong background of customer service.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic would be advantageous.
- Carry out market intelligence to establish and determine market trends and practices to advise the right rental value for available units.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Impressive personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid **UAE driving license** is a must.
