We are looking for a professional Executive Secretary, Receptionist & Accounts Assistant to join our team that will support our financial team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant & Account Assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- The high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma or higher degree

**Language Skills**:
Arabic (Native)
English (Very Good)

**Work Remotely**
- No

**- Speaks Arabic & English & have at least 3 years of UAE experience, preferably with Accounting Assistant, Secretary & Receptionist.**

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
- Secretary: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
