**Accounts Assistant (Tagalog Speaker)**
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Ensure timely filing and organization of financial documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
- Help reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist in generating financial statements as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Input financial data into accounting software with accuracy.
- Maintain databases and update records as needed.
- Assist the finance team with various administrative tasks.
- Help with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial information and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
