**Job Brief**
- We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is fresher or has experience in the IT industry to establish and maintain long-term relationships with domestic as well as international clients. You will resolve any issue that arises to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. We are into Web, App and Blockchain Development.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generating business through online freelancing portals like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer and local mouth-to-mouth marketing.
- Must experience with bidding sites like Upwork, GURU, Lead Generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, client interaction, Negotiation, and also coordinating with the technical team.
- Must be able to make proposals and replies to the ends.
- Must have good marketing skills, be an Expert in social media, and work individually and within the team.
- Market research about clients to be targeted.

**Which kind of skill set are we looking for?**
- Fluent speaking accent in English and Arabic
- Must have experience with Upwork, GURU, PPH, and Fiverr bidding portals.
- Must have expertise in LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must have knowledge about lead generation and closure.
- Must have experience with client communication and team building.
- Expertise in writing business proposals will be a plus point.
- Project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
