At the moment we're looking for a **Revenue Analyst **to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at **InterContinental Hotels Group® Dubai Festival City**.

This role reports directly to the Revenue Manager and the primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Dubai market dynamics, competitor activities and strategies and customer behavioral trends. The **Revenue Analyst** is responsible for supporting the effective operations of the Revenue department across all revenue streams and business units; including reporting, analytics, internal and external communication, and system maintenance and channel integrity.

Under the guidance of the Revenue leadership team, the **Revenue Analyst** is supporting the operations of the Revenue Department, internal and external communication, and ensuring that all Financial targets are reached through maximization of booking opportunities for each of the DFC properties, for all relevant revenue streams, ie Rooms, Restaurants and Conference & Events, for Crowne Plaza DFC, Intercontinental DFC, Intercontinental Residence Suites & Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City.
**Your day to day**

**The key responsibilities are**:

- Support Revenue Manager/Director of Revenue in facilitating the reporting for Revenue Meetings (Yield & RevGen) and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc.
- Using the various revenue management tools provided (ie SBRP, PMS, RMS, IHGCONCERTO etc) and in compliance with the IHG standards, maintains, updates and shares information in the areas of a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial & regret reports, meeting space allocation, guest capture rates, Loyalty program penetration both overall and by account (and for bookers), system contribution and trends in rooms and non-rooms revenues by channel, segment and account.
- Supports the team a weekly/monthly forecast for Rooms, C&E and F&B
- Support the annual budget process on all revenue aspects of the business for all units
- Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments & understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions to the Revenue Room Taskforce in relation to the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy.
- Actively support all IHG global & regional e-commerce guidelines, activities & programs (Best Rate Guarantee & OTA Distributors) & ensure content, strategies & all possible drivers have been researched & are in place to maximize productivity & revenue on all channels including IHGCONCERTO, GDS, direct and non-direct internet. Identify & track the individual demand periods & patterns for accommodation rooms & function space to support the various pricing structures.
- Support with the development of & implements into all systems the sell strategies & pricing for all individual, group & function room space in collaboration with the Revenue and C&E teams.
- Manage use of revenue systems* on a daily basis. This includes but not limited to the responsibility for any manipulation of the yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing, product/rate set up and maintenance to ensure rate parity in all channels.
- Ensure correct set up and usage of Rate Categories/Codes, Package Elements, Market Segmentation, Source of Booking and Geographical origin codes in PMS & therefore reservations by all departments.
- Monitor and determine demand periods for F&B outlets, function space, rooms and catering through an analysis of historical data and current bookings. Responsible for tracking and analyzing of booking pace, group wash, cut off enforcement for groups as well as denied and regretted business from all channels.
